There are 15 classes for this Fall session (Sept. 11-Dec. 18
Gain strength and endurance in all muscle groups to enhance your day to day living. We will be using body weight as well as a variety of equipment in this class. Modifications will be offered. Please bring a mat and hand weights if you have them. Some will be available on a first come, first served basis.
Jami has over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. She loves people and is passionate about health and wholeness. Jami desires to see her students and clients well in mind, body, soul and spirit. She has a BS Degree from Grand Valley State University in Physical Education with an emphasis in Corporate Wellness. She is certified in Group Fitness, Yoga, GROOVE® and Indoor Cycling. She also has specialized training in Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Yoga with Weights, Pilates and Lifestyle Wellness Coaching.
